Seeing the big picture as clearly as you do the finer detail, you’ll make sound decisions and always make safety your number one priority.

Highly skilled and passionate about flying, you’ll love the fact that on average our Airbus aircraft are only six years old. And even more new aircraft will be landing shortly. Thanks to the huge diversity of routes we fly from our various bases across Europe, you’ll also experience some of the more challenging airport destinations. And as we’re short haul, there’s lots of variety, quick turnarounds, short flights and sometimes multiple take-offs and landings in a single day.

If you’ve got plenty of get-up-and-go, you’ll enjoy world-class training and being part of our supportive learning environment. Your route to command will also be faster here than at most other airlines with clear trigger points and criteria based on performance, as well as hours flown – excellent news for ambitious Pilots looking to go further, faster.

Our Pilots are dedicated, enthusiastic and highly talented. And we’re extremely proud of them. So, if you share our energy, integrity and passion for flying, take your career places and play a lead role as part of our professional and successful flight operations team.

These are some pretty impressive numbers. They’ve made us one of the biggest success stories in aviation. And we’re looking to go much further.

Today we’re looking to fly even more routes, and take more passengers to more places, than ever before. To do this, we don’t just need new planes; we need new people too. Lots of them. In particular, we’re looking for 450 pilots to join our talented team.

We know that finding this many people won’t be easy, so we’re stretching out beyond our European network to find the talent we need. In particular, we’re taking our search into the Middle East. We’ll be holding recruitment events in Doha and Dubai in early July, and we’re looking for Captains with ambitions of working in Europe. Whether or not you’re A320 type rated, we’d love to meet you.

Our growth is opening up a world of opportunities for a whole generation of travellers – and our own people too. So embrace the possibilities, and see how far you could go.
