There are some wonderful organizations for women aviators, and I would love to have you connect with the Aviatrix group on Hangarchat: http://myhangarchat.com/group/aviatrix. Its a great way to meet, friend, learn and discuss with other women about all things in our aircraft world! If you have any fellow aviator women friends, please invite them to join as well, we'd love to meet them! Hope to see you on there!
Thanks, Eva! It's great hearing others' success stories that were once in the same boat I am.
I understand what you mean with the multiple instructors. I try to mix it up now and then and get another instructor to fly with me because we all have some tendencies that we get set in.
I've been in contact with Pam at Ocean Helicopters, and that's where I'm anticipating completing my training. I would love to work for them following my training, but right now I'm just concerned with doing what I need to to relocate to florida and continue flying. It's great to hear success stories from the institution I'm looking to train with.
Thanks for your comments, Eva. It was great to hear from you. Good luck with your future endeavors!
