Our Flying Club is looking to add planes by leasing.  Having no experience in leasing, I was wondering if any of you have.  Maybe you can share your experience, conditions of the lease, type of plane, whether you were the leasee or lessor, etc.  Our club has been together for well over 50 years.  Membership  has fluctuated up as high as 140 members with 5 airplanes to currently only having 2 planes and 60 members.  Being a not for profit flying club, we may be able to make the lease options more attractive than a typical FBO.  But with rising costs and our members flying considerable less hours than in past years, we are hesitant to purchase another airplane.  Plus with so many plane owners are not flying their own planes, it could be a win/win deal for both of us.  Any help you can give me, would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks for looking.
