All of our clients are in Canada currently.

do you cover the USA and the Caribbean for aircraft based there?

Unfortunately at the current time we can only cover Canadian registered aircraft that fly in the USA and Caribbean. We do not yet cover American or Caribbean based aircraft. If you know anyone that has Canadian based aircraft we can certainly assist you or them in whatever needs they have. Apologies for any inconvenience.
