The Pilot's Retreat includes 2 homes, 2 apartments, 3 golf carts, and 2 boats - located on Guana Cay, Abacos, Bahamas.

"Grandview" is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath house with a roof top deck that has an unobstructed view of the sunrise AND the sunset all year long. Grandview was built in 2006, on the ocean side of Guana Cay with a sand path to a 3 mile stretch of sandy beach. 

"Seaside" is a brand new home in 2012 , that is located directly on the Sea of Abaco. The Pilot's Retreat is a membership of mostly pilots that can use "Grandview" and "Seaside" (with all amenities) as much at they would like during the year when the house is not being rented.
