About Me or About My Company: I am the Engineering Admin / Recruiter for STS Enginering Solutions.

STS Engineering Solutions (Formerly MOS Engineering, LLC.) is a company formed by a partnership between a long-time OEM & Major Airline DER and a group of staffing entrepreneurs from the aviation industry. By putting their heads together, they identified one common problem experienced by those involved with the maintenance of commercial aircrafts. The common problem was that very few companies had access to large ranges of engineering expertise, and in most cases, relied on the OEM for DER services.

Our new approach to aerospace engineering enables top engineers from around the globe to collaboratively work on your projects. Through our “Virtual Engineering Model”, companies now have access to world-class engineers and DER’s with lower direct costs and quicker response times than provided by the OEM. We can also supplement your engineering organization on an as-needed basis with contract engineers to curtail costs.
