The problem with the Arrow is the landing gear safety retract and extend system You need the gear up right away so you can clean up and climb. In my opinion, that is a very bad design. Mathis has high trees on both ends.
GA27, Mathis Airport. It is on the top 100 most dangerous airports or was. Land at KPDK or KGVL and I will come meet you there. I flew two arrows in and out of GA27. One was a "T" tail and the other a straight tail. Neither are good for that airport.
