Can't say that it is the same aircraft, Timothy.  This photo was take over Miami International Airport some while ago.  I imagine it gets around so there is a possibility that it could be the same piece of kit.  And you are correct, it is rather difficult to miss.  Fly safe.

Is this the one located at Grotaglia Italy...was with the Italian Navy AV-8B unit there for a while...training their pilots and noticed this across the runway...cant miss it.
