With iPads fast becoming a must have in any cockpit this product seems to be a great idea for any pilot.
During the last summer whilst traveling with Hangarchat I witnessed the iPad being used extensively for weather reports and other essential duties, but it was hand held and clumbersome to a point with having no holder or designated place in the cockpit, so this product sounds like it could be very useful.

It would be great to hear your thoughts on the product, and possibly some reviews.

heres the link to check out the iPad holder

I just got an ipad myself and took it on my first cross country trip from Dallas to Houston.  I've got the wifi only model with a Dual gps receiver bluetoothed to it and foreflight software.  It worked like a charm just sitting on my lap.  It was a piece of cake to read at night.  I had to quickly divert for wx from HOU to DWH and all of the DWH info was literally at my fingertips.  My regular charts and AFD never came out of my flight bag.

I think that I need something to secure the ipad.  A ram mount might be overkill.  I like the minimalist clips strapped to my leg idea but, don't like the idea of having the ipad unprotected out of a case.

I know several pilots with ipads.  I'll keep my eyes open for ideas.
