If you're looking for a great little aviation-themed restaurant and are in the south-central PA area check out the Chester Co. Carlson (KMQS) airport in Coatsville, PA. They have one long, nice, paved runway with parking right across from the restaurant entrance. No landing fees at all and the food is pretty good. Great little lunch or even dinner spot AirNav:KMQS
Marathon Key, FL - if heading down to Key West - The Island Fish Company has an FAA approved Heliport located at Northern tip of the property. The coordinates are N24° 43.991, W81° 01.156. One mile East of the airport on the north side of US1. The heliport is first come, first served.
Food is ok - usual burgers etc but also they have fresh fish salads etc - open from b'fast all day. The setting makes it a good place - dine right on the water and having the heliport makes it super convenient for heli pilots.

Best burger in the Caribbean? @ MacDuff's Beach bar&grill on Norman's Cay, Bahamas. Just next to the landing strip.
