I am thinking of purchasing a Cessna 182Q, possibly with G1000 integrated into it already into it. Also I'm conflicted in purchasing a Piper Cherokee because my uncle has one but he is saving up to get a new Piper Meridian, but I digress. What are some good supporting facts that a Cessna aircraft, especially a 182 is a better buy than a Piper?

I fly a cessna 172S with a G1000. I like that the G1000 has a scroll feature on the screen so you can look up airport frequencies and specifications right from the air. I have never had a problem with them glitching or not responding. The g1000 is a great feature in the cessna. Couldnt ask for a better plane or system.
