Free Gound School:.. Please go to www.faaproductionstudios.com and click on view live seminars. The signal is not great but the audio should be clear.  This is safety seminars from the FAA Safety Center.  The FAA Production Studios is a join effort of the NASF & FAA.  This stream is brought to the airman at NO COST to FAA by the foundation and volunteers.

Gleim will be giving demo flights on their X-Plane VFR Flight Training Simulator. This simulator has incorporated the trusted Gleim Flight Maneuvers and Syllabus books so you can fly each lesson in advance and gain valuable experience in less time. Visit us in GARMIN EXHIBIT HANGAR D, BOOTH 4073 to fly the simulator and see the benefits of incorporating it into your training program.

Adam:  Many of the training techniques are the same. The life style of the military and some of the civilian & airline training facilities are total life style involved in flight training almost 24-7.  The candidates eat, drink, and sleep aviation, aviation safety , and the military or company mission.  They are free (or less affected)  of many of the distraction the the weekend students have like work, family, and other daily obsticals.
