Hi Tim,
Here's a link to the Sun 'n Fun web page for lodging- http://sun-n-fun.org/FlyIn/Lodging/hotelsMotels.aspx But for the full immersion SnF experience, you should consider camping on site. There's so much that goes on during the evening & early morning hours, it's a shame to miss it!
Also, tune to SnFRadio www.liveatc.net/snf to keep up on what's going on during the fly-in & year round on the Sun 'n Fun Campus. If you're in the area of KLAL you can also hear SnFRadio at 1510 AM.
If you'd like to be more than a spectator, Sun 'n Fun is always looking for volunteers! More info- http://sun-n-fun.org/Volunteer.aspx

Matt Younkin with his twin beech is one of my favorites. Twice the amount of round engine noise and lots of smoke.
Planning our first trip to SNF next spring. Would someone let me know whens the best time to reserve a hotel and could you suggest any that you've had a good experience with?
Thanks in advance.
Tim
