Beware:  Do NOT use Accelerated Professional Pilot Program, Inc. or Time Building Central LLC (both run by Anthony Budreau) for multi engine time building.  My 21 yr. old son (UND Aviation major) prepaid for 15 multi engine flight hours.  He flew 10 of the hours.  However, he has made multiple attempts over the past month to schedule the remaining 5 hours.  Anthony always has an excuse why he cannot schedule him.  Today's excuse for not being able to fly this week is that "all the planes are down for maintenance."  He required cash up front and will not refund the five hours.  We should have checked out this company better prior to giving him money.  I hope this warning will keep someone else from losing their money!
