A little confusing?

First off, I love the idea behind HangerChat.com and in no way am complaining! However I do feel like its a little confusing navigating around the website and following the website. Am I the only one?

Love the site also, I too am a little confused and not sure about some of my settings etc-thanks for putting it out there .

Well, I have been playing with the website and have got a lot better. Now that I am use to it, it's not bad, just knowing where to go for information was the hard part. Keep up the good work!

I'm fine now, it's not bad. Maybe though to help promote the site create a little video for YouTube or somewhere to help get HangarChat out to other pilots. Also to help show them what the site has to offer.

Hi Caleb,

We definitely have plans to create Video Tutorials for the site for new users. We only launched HangarChat about 9 weeks ago, so we're still got a lot of items on our "To Do" list, but we really appreciate the suggestion.

What features did you find most confusing or difficult to navigate?

Thanks for the hard work! Just site navigation, such as where certain things are located. That was mainly because I was new to the site. After sometime navigating the site now, it's not bad. It does to me seem a LITTLE cluttered but nothing worth complaining about. Like you said though your only 9 weeks into it. Think what it will be like in 9 months! Let me know if I can ever help out!

Don't forget to tell your flying buddies to join up to the site. It's fairly straight forward using the Invite tool. With this you can connect with your Gmail account to import your address book.

If anyone would like to know something specific then please let me know and i will do my best to help. I found the share button really useful when i came across good pictures, videos and forums - you just hit share and you can send it to all or some of your friends.

I would agree with that ... I realize it's still very early since the official launch so it will continue to evolve over time.

My 2 cents ...

Reduce the header at the top with the HangerChat.com logo. The logo with blue header is taking up valuable real estate.

I also realize this isn't facebook but it is facebook-like ... nothing wrong with keeping things simple and intuitive - Apple is great at this as well.

Again, take the feedback for what it is and continue to allow the site to evolve over time. It's a great concept and it appears to be picking up steam! Great job!!
