BOATPIX.com is a company founded in 1981 that sells boat pictueres.  The flying is performed by pilots at HelicopterAcademy.com.  The manager  looks for pilots that already have a HELICOPTER PPL and want to build hours at a reduced rate by flying with a CFI and getting advanced instruction so they too can be hired automatically at 300 hours and CFI.   IR is great but not required as these are vfr ships doing vfr daylight flying.  The insurance says 1000 "open" pilot but also 300 hours "named" insured for those that have at least 100 hours on the contract.
