CFI & Taildragger pilot-at-large....

I've camped under the wing across the US, had some interesting contract jobs, love to instruct (especially in taildraggers!!). I've been flying since 1977, bounced all over the US. I volunteered to fly an old Aztec to Haiti with disaster relief supplies and personnel, would like to do more of that. I've had plenty of the high-traffic big-city ATC flying, but I prefer the wide-open spaces, grass strips, STOL and bush flying.

I'm also well-traveled internationally, mostly back-pack style. I've built an Experimental plane (with a Ford V6 engine) and know how to do fabric work, sheet metal, plexiglass, engines and avionics.

I'm always looking for active airports with good camaraderie and plenty of flying!

Oh, yeah, I had a long 'standard' career in electronics and a short one as a nurse.
